NeuraDAO Newsletter · October 2022

The month flew by and just like that we’re now in year-end conference season. We spent the month doing more discovery on our product and talking to neuroscientists, technologists, and founders about what they’re building in neurotech. We had some great DeSci chats with web3 legends and caught up with our frens around the globe. We’ve got some big community and product updates coming as we continue to grow at 20% MoM with several big partnerships in the works.

  • Townhalls: Twitter Spaces or Discord rooms?

  • We participated at the Molecule DeSci day at ETHLisbon

  • Accepting proposals and teams for Neurotech Study groups

  • Actively demo’ing our marketplace

  • Participated in the w3b conference in Toronto

New here? Thanks for your interest in NeuraDAO! We invite you to check out our site and docs and come by our open community to ask any questions.

Touching base

We’re always working to better engage and grow the global community of neurotech talent so we figured we’d ask what you prefer as the best outlets for staying in touch and telling the stories of the people changing the world.

NeuraDAO at ETHLisbon

Dr. Inês Pereira stopped by ETHLisbon to share more about health data in Neurotech products and beyond with Molecule.

It was a great workshop discussion with leaders in the DeSci space about how to properly manage on-chain data and the future potential neurodata in healthcare and wellness.

Neurotech Study Groups

A nonstarter for most small labs, researchers, and founders is access to expensive neurotech hardware, data storage, and APIs. The community is actively exploring ways to support new research proposals and studies with hardware connections, imaging knowhow, and sponsored projects. If you have an interesting study or idea in mind, stop by and share it in the #🔬myneuroscience channel where we can discuss everything from study design, hardware requirements, recruitment, and funding.

Share what you're building 🔬

Demo the Marketplace

We’re iterating on our neurodata marketplace and excited to speak with active researchers, technologists, and founders.

DM us to learn a bit more about the marketplace product we’re creating.

W3B conference x Blockchain Research Institute

NeuraDAO co-founders Anush and Ahnaaf were invited to speak at W3B hosted by Blockchain Research Institute in Toronto to share more about DeSci and why innovation matters. There was even a lambo parked inside at the event 🤣

Next up in November

As we wrap up the year and head into the final months of 2022 we’re working on a few big announcements for early 2023. If you’re passionate about DeSci, neurotech or engineering the future we’d love to have you join the NeuraDAO community.

Know of any PI’s or researchers that might be interested? DM us on Twitter or hit us up in the #💫questions channel in the server.

So much more to share so be sure to join us in the NeuraDAO server for more updates from the community! Thank you for being a part of our journey!
